Devin Crosby joined the Seven Rivers staff in 2020. He leads athletic programming and disc golf. Devin likes to get students socially, mentally, and physically involved with structured sports and games. Along with traditional sports Devin uses mini-games to provide fun activities into classes. From his years of playing and coaching all sorts of sports, Devin has picked his favorite mini-games from his mentors, and created some of his own to implement with our students. Devin’s favorite part of running athletics is seeing kids come out of their shells and thriving in activities and games they didn't expect. 

Devin graduated with a B.A. in Business from Virginia Wesleyan University. While at VWU Devin was a member of the Tennis and Track & Field teams. In the summer he worked as a tennis pro and started two Jr programs. During the winter session Devin worked as a ski/snowboard instructor for the youth program at Wintergreen Ski Resort.

Since 2020 Devin’s newest athletic passion is Disc Golf and he has been actively trying to grow the sport. Devin designed both courses located on campus and started disc golf programs at Seven Rivers and Miller School. These programs are one of the few of their kind across the nation. Devin is also an administrator for the Virginia Junior Disc Golf Series (VJDGS), and has been a tournament director for several tournaments. 

In addition Devin has been a camp counselor for Cutaway Bike Camp for three years and has contributed to VAHS and NICA bike races on campus for over 6 years.
