Families begin by reaching out using the Seven Rivers Inquiry Form or phone (434-818-1353 ext. 1057) to express interest and ask initial questions.

After the initial inquiry, we schedule a conversation with parents or guardians. This call provides an opportunity to discuss Seven Rivers in more detail, learn about your child, and answer questions about our program.

Families are invited to visit campus for a guided tour. This visit offers a firsthand look at our learning environment, daily rhythms, and community culture.

Prospective students spend time at Seven Rivers in a classroom setting. This visit helps both the student and the school determine whether the environment feels like a good fit.

Families complete the application and submit all required supporting materials. Applications are reviewed once all documentation has been received.

Families will receive an admissions decision shortly after the application is complete.
